There are 3 methods to place an order:

Save the form to your desktop or in a folder your computer.

Complete the form and click SEND ORDER.  

Your default email will come up with form attached. Add a message if you want.

Send the email.

Method 2

FAX your order.
You can print the order form out, complete it and fax it to 865-229-2561

Print out the order form, complete it and mail it to:

Shipping/Handling charge will be the best rate possible.

USPS 2nd DAY or UPS is used whenever possible.  However, should your order exceed the UPS size or weight limits, “Common Carrier” will be selected to speed delivery to you.
